Refund policy
We’d like you to love the clothes you buy and if for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase we accept returns within 30 days.
1. Return Conditions
- Qualifying products can be sent back within 30 days of delivery.
- All items must be returned in new condition. This means you must return all items as they were originally received by you, and that you must not have used or damaged them in any way, and must return in the original packaging with all labels intact, and all components and accessories.
- Our customer care team is ready to assist you at every step.
- No restocking charges apply.
2. Return Costs
- Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items. Shipping on returns is prepaid by us if you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item.
- Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, then it is up to the customer to arrange and pay for return shipping.
- Shipping fees paid at checkout are non refundable
3. How to Start a Return
- Get in Touch If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please send us an email at support@oliveandevy.com quoting your order reference number and explaining the reason for your return. If the goods are faulty or incorrect, we will automatically send you a pre-paid returns label.
- Prepare Package: Item must be packaged in the original shipping box with all contents and paperwork intact.
- Return an item: Follow the guidelines in the return approval email
4. Refunds
- We will inspect all returned merchandise to ensure it adheres to our return policy. Refunds are issued within a maximum period of 7 days.
- Please note that your bank may also take extra time to process the amount.
